Splat!

Not everything is noice in life. After my grave discussions with Fulup last night I realised that we all turn a blind eye to the things that disturb us. Life is difficult enough without dwelling on the hurt.

Waving not drowning

Dropped in on Peter R on way home through Richmond last night. Watched a movie 'stranger than fiction' with the Greek boy. Fulup dropped in 2 have a chat. Nursie worked a double shift late/night -crazy stuff! Lost water around midnight when a water main burst on Inkerman.

Splash!

Layer upper layer

Had my first free-lance photo shoot this morning for a corporate fitness group at the Rialto. Great studio with glass and reflections of the city. Considering I normally shoot everything but people - it went well. The personal trainers were all happy for me to take amusing head-shots and follow them around while laying on the floor - heehee - too many mirrors!

I took a heap of photographs to record the installation "Blue Jay Way"
hopefully the visitor will also embrace the bucket!

Give the ol dog a bone

Gonzo noses

My favourite plant in the Kitchen garden at Heide.
Not sure what it is called I will ask Head Gardener Nick soon.

Blue Jay Way

New installation Blue Jay Way by Sue Pedley
Hard to describe the effect 1oo blue buckets has no people?
I think we may get a few head in bucket related injuries during the course of this exhibition.
As the trees lose their leaves and with sets in the buckets will be the only constant - will be great to film over time

Behind closed doors

Will hopefully be able to hang out in the bear cave (my office) today.
Catch up on filing and do some forward planning....
the year is zooming along at a furious pace!

Steely start

Detail of city loop bench under the fluro lighting. Definitely built for function not comfort. Does public furniture need to be so drab?

Ghost train

Just a blur on the track to nowhere. Trains don't always need to make life painful.

Cheeky

Tan line or no tan line? I think I'll persist with the anti-bronze look for the time being - hee hee but I do wonder if a tan would really change my appearance?

Give me a 'G'

Good morning Melbourne...waiting to get picked up. Morning light casting long shadows and the older section of the MCG nestled into the edge of the city
